What equipment does my venue need?
A typical Kenosabe setup uses your venue's TVs, a tablet (pre-configured and shipped to your venue by Kenosabe), Fire Stick devices for each display, a ball hopper, a microphone, a speaker or sound system, and a host area. You provide the space and audio — we handle the tech.
Can we use our own equipment?
Yes. Venues can provide their own TVs, ball hopper, microphone, sound system, and host area. Kenosabe provides a pre-configured tablet and Fire Stick display devices as part of the launch setup.
What's included in the launch setup fee?
The $499 launch setup includes a pre-configured tablet shipped to your venue, one TV display setup, Fire Stick configuration, venue account and game setup, and one hour of training. Training can be done onsite or remotely depending on location and availability.
Can Kenosabe train us for our first event?
Yes. For an additional $100, a Kenosabe rep attends your first game night, introduces the game to players, and walks your staff through the event flow so future nights run smoothly.
What if we want Kenosabe on multiple TVs?
The launch setup includes one TV display. Each additional display can be configured for $99. Just let us know how many screens you'd like when you get in touch.
Does my state affect which plan I can use?
It can. Washington state, for example, limits no-fee bar bingo to twice per week — so the Unlimited plan (3+ nights) would not fit a Washington venue operating under that guidance. The Plus plan (2 nights/week) is the ceiling there. Always confirm your state's specific requirements before selecting a plan. See our state profiles for details.
