Privacy Policy

Kenosabe is made by Voltaic Software LLC. This policy covers kenosabe.com, the Kenosabe hall software, and the Kenosabe TV app for Fire TV and Android TV.

Information you give us

When a hall signs up or buys a plan, we collect the contact and billing details you enter, such as your name, email, phone number and venue address. Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. If you email us, we keep the message so we can answer it.

Hall accounts

Hall staff sign in with an email and password. We use these to sign you in and to keep your hall's sessions, games and results. Sign-in is handled by Google Firebase Authentication. Players don't need an account to follow their tickets.

The Kenosabe TV app

The TV app shows a hall's bingo game on the hall's screens. It asks for the hall's Kenosabe sign-in, and it remembers the email on that TV so staff don't have to type it again. It doesn't collect any other personal information. It shows no ads and has no purchases. Nothing can be bought, sold or wagered in the app.

Website visits

Our hosting provider (Vercel) keeps standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type and the pages you request. They are used for security and to keep the site running.

What we don't do

We share data only with the service providers named above, and only so they can run Kenosabe for us. We also share it if the law requires.

Keeping and deleting your data

We keep hall account data for as long as the account is open. To have your account and its data deleted, email sales@kenosabe.com and we'll take care of it within 30 days. We may keep billing records where the law requires.

Children

Kenosabe is for bingo halls and their adult players. It isn't directed to children, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

Changes and questions

If this policy changes, we'll post the new version here with a new effective date. Questions? Email sales@kenosabe.com.
